The Sentencing Commission has been very busy this amendment cycle attempting to address matters for sentencing it believes are important to effectuate more just sentencing. This CLE will provide an overview of what the Commission has approved, how it will impact your practice, what you can do to take advantage of the changes, and how to avoid the negative changes.
