CJA Panel Training
Tuesday, June 9, 2020
The Federal Public Defender presents a brown bag lunch via ZOOM Video Conferencing. This Seminar will provide insight into coordinating Federal and State sentences for your clients.
The Federal Public Defender presents a brown bag lunch via ZOOM Live. Federal law dictates whether a defendant is in primary federal or state custody, and it has little to do with their physical location. This one-hour seminar will educate federal criminal defense attorneys on that law, and it will offer practical guidance for how attorneys can ensure that their clients get the maximum possible credit for the time they spend in custody.
The State Bar of Texas MCLE Department has approved this seminar for 1.0 hours of CLE credit (Course No. 174086649). There is no cost for participants or for those attorneys wishing to apply for the CLE credit. If you have any questions, contact Dora Madrigal at 713-718-4600.
